Health Concierge Family

Compliance & Disclosures

Medicare decisions involve your health and your money, so we think you deserve total clarity about what this service is and what it isn’t.

We do not sell insurance

Health Concierge Family does not sell, solicit, or negotiate Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans, and does not receive commission from any insurance carrier. If you decide to enroll in or change a plan, that transaction happens directly with a licensed agent, broker, or carrier of your choosing.

We do not provide legal advice

Guidance on appeals, billing disputes, or coverage rules is educational and administrative in nature. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, and nothing here should be treated as legal counsel.

We do not automatically represent you before Medicare

Helping you organize and prepare an appeal is different from formally representing you before Medicare or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Formal representation requires a signed CMS-1696 Appointment of Representative form. We’ll always be clear about which one we’re doing.

How we handle your information

We only collect the health and personal information needed to help with your specific request, with your explicit consent, and we store it securely. We never ask for your full Medicare number over the phone or by email without a legitimate, verified reason connected to work you’ve asked us to do.

A note on fraud

Health Concierge Family will never call you out of the blue asking for your Medicare number, and will never charge a fee to “issue” or “reactivate” a Medicare card. Medicare cards are always free, directly from Medicare. If you receive a call like that from anyone, it’s a scam, and you can report it at medicare.gov.

Health Concierge Family is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or Humana.
